DS/DT Putumayo skirt

I bought this skirt from someone a while ago but it is to small for me so I am hoping I can make someone else happy with it.
I never wore it and it looks brand new. It's from AGUGLIERIA a subcategory from Putumayo. It has two little velvet purple bows on each side.
Will fitt a 63 to 83 cm waist.
I would like 40 euro for this skirt or I would like to trade it for stuff like socks, hairbands etc.
Shipping will be around 7 euro

Just curious--is it an elasticated/partially elasticated waist? I like it a lot but it seems that it might be way too small for me as well.

dat onderste randje is dat wit of gebroken wit? :) en hoe lang is hij in cm? :p
ik ben namelijk best lang dus ik weet niet hoe hij zou vallen ;D

That is a cute skirt, hope it finds a home!
